Houston likely to get race in 2013

IndyCar is likely to add a Houston street race to its calendar in 2013, although series officials deny that a deal has already been done. Houston was a fixture on the Champ Car calendar between 1998 and 2001, and again in 2006 and 2007. IndyCar CEO Randy Bernard confirmed that negotiations with promoters were well advanced, but insisted that no announcement was imminent.
