Police hunt boy, 10, used by 'Fagin' thief for distraction burglary of blind woman, 88, in Manchester

A boy went to an old lady's door in tears pretending to be lost as part of a ruse to rob a blind pensioner, 88. He got the woman in Woodhouse Park, Manchester, to come to the door before a man claiming to be his father arrived and asked for a glass of water.
